An Introduction to IP

Part of 2010 Spring / Summer Legal Workshop Series

Intellectual property rights and assets are often misunderstood.  This workshop, delivered in partnership with the Intellectual Assets Centre, will help you better understand and manage your intellectual assets.  We will look at copyright, trade marks, designs, patents, trade secrets and confidential information, what they cover and what steps you can take to best protect, manage and derive value from these key assets.  This workshop will also feature a talk from Martin Layton of the Intellectual Assets Centre.
