Following on from the presentations of Charles Savage and Leif Edvinsson at the In Holland conference where the role of culture and indeed a reflective culture in developing an IA/IC approach was seen as central to the ability of organisations to enage suceesfully with IAM and to create value from it, Can I ask if there is any work in the UK on this specific topic
