Enterprise Ireland Conference, The Stillorgan Park Hotel, Dublin - 24th October 2007.
This event will see Maria Weir and Jane Watters present The role of intellectual assets in transforming your business.  The proportion of market value which can be attributed to intangibles is now in excess of 75% (which was the value attributed to tangible assets as recently as 20 years ago).   Maria has said that 'this is an exciting opportunity to be presenting at this event and it will help raise awareness of the work being done in Scotland by the Intellectual Assets Centre'.

3RD WORKSHOP ON VISUALISING, MEASURING, AND MANAGING INTANGIBLES & INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL, FERRARA, ITALY, 29–31 October 2007. 
After two largely successful scientific events in 2005 (Ferrara) and 2006 (Maastricht), the annual EIASM Workshop on intangibles and intellectual capital research issues is affirming itself as the most important and consolidated regular occasion in Europe for scholars from different fields to present and discuss their works in such a rapidly expanding area. Indeed, amongst those presenting will the the Intellectual Assets Centre speaking about Managing and 'Measuring Intangibles to better Manage Intangibles in Scotland' and also 'EVVICA, a Valuation Model for Intellectual Asset Rich Businesses'.
