Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 each Scottish public authority is obliged to produce a publication scheme setting out the classes of information which it publishes or intends to publish, the manner in which this information is published, and whether it is available free of charge or on payment. This is the publication scheme of Scottish Intellectual Asset Management Limited. It is intended to provide a guide for our customers and the general public to the information which is available from us.
